You likely turn to Google for the answers, or maybe you ask people who are educated in the field, but haven't taken the time to specify what YOUR body needs - based on a variety of criteria that is specific to YOU.

The results can be the polar opposite of our needs, and it comes down to the way we choose our words, what we absorb/interpret and how we apply our often questionable knowledge. Health has no easy button, no cookie cutter answers; We are not meant to be placed in categories that compare us to one another. What works for one individual can cause havoc on another's health. Every single one of us is different - and we deserve to be valued as just that.

Simplicity. You'll learn how to develop a sense of ease and confidence in making healthy lifestyle choices. Options are beyond basic - we're not into plain salads here! Meals are creative and exciting - a variety of options, substitutions, and alternatives are offered within programs and there's always room for changes and adjustments.

Self empowerment! You'll receive the education and tools to make healthy choices without relying on your coach. I take pride in facilitating a learning environment for my clients and following up on the application of resources/tools/education.
