Yoga

Yoga can be a powerful form of movement. When practiced correctly, and with concentration on proper breathing, yoga can increase flexibility and muscle definition, endurance, and mental clarity. It can even help improve aches and pains.  

Whether you can't touch your toes or are working through an advanced series, my focus as a teacher is on your alignment and pain management. No matter where you are on your yoga journey, you deserve a practice that is free from pain and tailored to meet you where you are.
